We arrived in the Gatlinburg, TN area discovering that the shackle straps under our travel trailer had broken. None of the local RV repair companies would service issues under the trailer.
Tom from The Trailer Shop specializes in under-trailer repairs. He came to our campsite the morning after we called and fixed our shackle straps. He also showed us that some of the other straps were about to fail and we had him replace the others as well.
I would have struggled to do this repair myself and Tom was prompt, helpful, did good work, and the bill was reasonable (parts cost less than on Amazon).
