Called first thing last Monday, 5/5, and had an appointment the next day to have 1 trailer brake looked at on our travel trailer. Service tech called first and arrived on time. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered lots of questions we had about the issue we experienced. Come to find out, the brake had re-adjusted itself during our drive and there wasn’t anything that needed repair. Having a knowledgeable technician walk us through the issues and answer our questions was extremely reassuring as we had a 180 mile drive back home at the end of the week. The Trailer Shop provides roadside assistance within a 75 mile radius of Knoxville, TN. Can’t recommend them enough and will definitely save their contact information if I need service on the road again.
